The mission of Impact a Village, Inc. is to improve education and healthcare for villages in need through out the world. Current projects include building a primary school in Malek, South Sudan, establishing a healing center in the Amazon region of Peru, and supporting the Boon Lott's Elephant Sanctuary in Thailand. Projects are selected on a case-by-case basis with the goal of helping to preserve indiginous knowledge and the local environment through increased literacy, education and health care. The mission of ImpactAVillage is to improve education and healthcare in villages of Africa. The current focus is on villages in Southern Sudan which have been ravaged by civil war. Projects include installing grinding machines to eliminate grinding grain by hand, building wells for clean water supply, building schools, providing educational and medical supplies, and establishing basic health centers.
